Dhillon spent 15+ years building his scaffolding career across New Zealand — working with respected operators on alpine residential, resort, commercial, and new build projects in some of the country's most demanding conditions, including high-wind, steep-terrain, and complex-access sites.
He worked alongside some of New Zealand's most respected construction companies including Landmark Homes, Breen Construction, Naylor Love, Safari Group, and Architectural Homes — developing the precision, reliability, and WorkSafe-first approach he brings to every Wellington job today.
He founded Erect It Scaffolding Services Ltd in Wellington to bring those standards to homeowners, builders, and tradespeople across Greater Wellington.
