Zero Drug & Alcohol Policy
Erect It Scaffolding operates a strict zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol on all job sites. Every crew member is required to arrive fit for work — no exceptions. Random drug testing is part of our employment conditions. This policy protects our crew, your trades, your clients, and the public.

SiteWise Gold Certification 2026/27
Erect It Scaffolding holds SiteWise Gold certification for 2026/27 — the highest prequalification standard in the New Zealand construction industry. SiteWise Gold means our health and safety management system has been independently assessed and verified to meet the requirements of principal contractors across Wellington and New Zealand.

Health & Safety Management System
Our H&S management system covers every aspect of scaffolding work — from pre-start planning through to site handover and dismantling. We operate under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA) and comply with all relevant WorkSafe New Zealand regulations and codes of practice for scaffolding.

All Crew First Aid Trained
Every member of the Erect It Scaffolding crew holds a current first aid certificate. Working at height on construction sites means medical emergencies can happen — our team is trained to respond immediately while waiting for emergency services. First aid kits are carried on every vehicle and maintained to current standards.

Working at Heights Certified
All Erect It Scaffolding crew hold current Working at Heights certification. Scaffolding is inherently a working-at-heights activity — our crew are trained and certified in fall prevention, fall arrest systems, and safe work practices at height in line with WorkSafe New Zealand requirements.
