About this project
A full exterior cladding repair and repaint project on a modern multi-level home in Belmont, Lower Hutt. With difficult roof angles, elevated working areas, and limited access around outdoor living spaces, the scaffolding was designed to provide painters and builders with safe, efficient access to every elevation. Multiple working platforms and secure ladder access allowed contractors to complete cladding repairs, preparation work, and exterior painting safely — with minimal disruption to the homeowner. Belmont hillside properties like this are a regular part of our work in the Hutt Valley, and this job is a great example of what a well-planned scaffolding system can deliver on a complex site.
