New residential build in Trentham, Upper Hutt — full multi-level perimeter scaffolding at cladding stage, giving the cladding crew safe, continuous access across every elevation. Erect It branded boards across the full facade, stair access tower on the side elevation, and the WorkSafe NZ handover certificate issued before any trade went to height. We were on site from framing stage through to cladding, staging our scaffolding lifts to match the build programme so the framers, cladders, and roofers always had what they needed, exactly when they needed it. Trentham is one of Upper Hutt's most active new-build corridors — we're a regular presence on site across the suburb. No travel surcharge to Upper Hutt.
