About this project
This was a roofing access and edge-protection job, not an exterior-painting project. Our team erected full scaffold working platforms and roof-edge protection around a large, architecturally complex Waikanae property in under two days. The setup met the roofing contractor’s requirements, protected the roof perimeter, and gave the crew safe access across the multi-gabled roof. The roofers finished the shingle repair and replacement within two weeks, and we returned to dismantle on schedule. Cliff and Julie described the team as efficient, courteous, accommodating and excellent value, and said the equipment fully met their roofing contractor’s requirements.
