Full scaffolding shrinkwrap encapsulation completed for a major reclad, reroof, and new window installation in Khandallah, Wellington. The entire building was encapsulated in heavy-duty shrinkwrap, creating a fully weatherproofed working environment that allowed the cladding, roofing, and window trades to work continuously regardless of Wellington's famously unpredictable weather. The scaffolding structure carries the load of the wrap system and provides safe multi-level access across the full footprint of the property. Shrinkwrap is increasingly specified on reclad projects across Wellington — particularly in hillside suburbs like Khandallah, Ngaio, and Karori where weather exposure is significant and project programmes need to be protected.
