Some properties are on sloped ground above the main road requiring extended base jacks. Access can be tight — tell your scaffolding company about driveway width and any overhead power lines before they arrive.

Raumati South & Raumati Beach

Coastal Property Scaffolding — What to Know

Salt air and your scaffolding hire. When you hire scaffolding from Erect It, all our equipment is maintained and checked before each deployment. Corroded or degraded scaffolding components are a safety risk — if you get a quote from a company significantly cheaper than anyone else, it's worth asking about their equipment maintenance programme.

Weather windows on the Kāpiti Coast. The coast can receive significant wind events, especially in spring. A good Kāpiti scaffolding company will schedule erections to avoid forecast wind events where possible, and all our scaffolds are erected to the loadings required by the WorkSafe NZ Scaffolding Code of Practice.
